The 2025 Human Potential Summit will convene 300 trailblazing leaders for a curated two-day experience tailored to senior decision-makers ready to break down silos and solve challenges that no single sector can tackle alone. While many of the seats will be filled through invitations, a percentage of this year’s registrations will be reserved for individuals who apply. 

Those interested in applying must be able to demonstrate a dedication to the mission of talent development and a belief in human potential aligned with business objectives. Roles that we are prioritizing include: CEOs, CHROs, and senior talent and business leaders championing inclusive talent strategies, as well as those in the talent and educational ecosystem that partner with companies to drive change.

The most competitive applicants will meet the following criteria:

  • Face talent challenges or opportunities in high-demand sectors

  • Make day-to-day decisions about talent strategy, workforce planning, or business operations

  • Demonstrate a track record of forward-thinking, inclusive approaches to talent strategy

  • Recognize the power in co-creating solutions with and/or learning from other forward-thinking leaders

While we are prioritizing mid/large size companies—including industries with significant growth opportunities or ones that face regular challenges with talent attraction or retention—we will consider all applicants that fit the criteria above. 

Registration will be free for those selected to attend; however, attendees will be responsible for travel and accommodations.
