Summit Overview

Building on the momentum from its inaugural year, the Human Potential Summit returns for 2025 with a sharpened focus as the flagship convening of the Human Potential Network— the premier community for igniting talent transformation through bold, inclusive solutions. This year’s invite-only experience is designed to spark a broad movement across companies, workforce development leaders, and educational partners committed to placing human potential at the center of their talent strategies.

To achieve this, the curated, two-day gathering will bring together 300 innovative CEOs, CHROs, and talent and business leaders to forge deep connections among peers, accelerate individual and collective impact, and unlock business value by leveraging the power of human potential—setting the groundwork for future action, collaboration, and business impact.

The Summit is more than a conference, it’s an experience rooted in action.

The Human Potential Summit will focus on real-time solutioning, hands-on workshops based on organizational interests and needs, and fostering intimate spaces with the most innovative leaders in talent transformation. Leaders will experience:

  • Curated content that facilitates intentional connections across geography, sector, and other key areas of interest

  • Daily opportunities for structured dialogue and collaborative planning, focused on actionable solutions for today’s most pressing challenges that can be solved through talent strategy

  • Sessions designed with a focus on depth and impact, prioritizing meaningful connection, thoughtful engagement, and business impact

  • Immersive learning experiences that uncover real-world challenges and offer an exclusive inside look at how leading organizations are addressing them
